Privacy Policy — Fruit Catch: Hand Tracking

This privacy policy applies specifically to the mobile application Fruit Catch: Hand Tracking, distributed on Google Play by ZINCIRX BILISIM TEKNOLOJI VE DANISMANLIK, which publishes under the brand name ZincirX Games. It also applies to the browser version of the same game hosted at zincirx.fun/play/fruit-catch/.

Summary

Fruit Catch: Hand Tracking does not collect, transmit, store or share any personal data. The app has no user accounts, no sign-in, no advertising, no analytics and no third-party SDKs that gather information. It performs no network requests of any kind and functions entirely offline. Nothing you do in the app ever reaches ZINCIRX BILISIM TEKNOLOJI VE DANISMANLIK or anyone else.

Camera permission and how hand tracking works

Fruit Catch: Hand Tracking is played by moving your hand in front of the device camera, so the app requests the android.permission.CAMERA permission. Please read this section carefully, because it is the only sensitive permission the app uses.

• The camera is activated only after you explicitly start a game, and it is released as soon as you leave the game screen.
• Each camera frame is processed entirely on your own device, in memory, by an on-device machine-learning model (Google MediaPipe Hand Gesture Recognizer). The model file and its runtime are bundled inside the app; no part of the analysis happens on a server.
• The only information derived from a frame is the approximate on-screen position of your hand. That position is used to move the basket and is discarded immediately when the next frame arrives.
• Camera images, video, individual frames, and any data derived from them are never recorded to storage, never saved to your photo gallery, never uploaded, and never transmitted off your device — not to us, not to Google, not to any third party.
• The app never uses the camera in the background and never uses the microphone.
• If you decline the camera permission, the app simply cannot run its gameplay; no other functionality or data is affected. You can revoke the permission at any time in Android Settings → Apps → Fruit Catch: Hand Tracking → Permissions.

Information stored on your device

The app saves a small amount of information locally so that the game remembers your progress between sessions. This information stays on your device, is not an account, and is never sent anywhere:

• Your local top-10 high scores, together with the initials or nickname you type into the score table yourself, the combo achieved and the date of the run. This leaderboard is on-device only — it is not shared, not online, and not visible to any other player.
• Your game settings, such as chosen difficulty, game mode, sound preference and interface language.

This data is written to the app's own private storage (the web build uses the browser's localStorage). Uninstalling the app — or, in the browser version, clearing the site's storage — deletes all of it permanently. Because the data never leaves your device, we hold no copy and cannot recover or retrieve it.

Information we do not collect

To be explicit, Fruit Catch: Hand Tracking does not collect, request, generate or transmit any of the following: name, email address, phone number, postal address or any other contact detail; user accounts, passwords or authentication tokens; photos, videos or audio recordings; precise or approximate location; contacts, calendar, call logs, SMS messages or files on your device; device identifiers, advertising identifiers or IP-address-based profiles; installed-application lists; crash logs, diagnostics, usage analytics or behavioural telemetry; health or fitness data; payment or financial information. The app contains no in-app purchases and no advertising.

Sharing with third parties

We do not sell, rent, trade or otherwise share any information with third parties, because we do not collect any. The app integrates no advertising network, no analytics provider, no crash-reporting service, no social-media SDK and no cloud backend. The on-device machine-learning components (Google MediaPipe) are bundled with the app and operate offline; they do not communicate with Google or any other server.

The app makes no outbound network connections. It therefore transfers no data anywhere, and no international data transfer takes place.

Children's privacy

Fruit Catch: Hand Tracking is suitable for a general audience, including families. It collects no personal information from anyone, and therefore collects no personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). It contains no advertising, no in-app purchases, no social features, no user-generated content shared with others, and no external links to commercial content. We comply with the Google Play Families Policy, the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and, where applicable, the GDPR provisions concerning children. If you believe a child has somehow provided us with personal information, please contact info@zincirx.com and we will act promptly.

Data retention and deletion

We operate no servers in connection with this app and hold no user data, so there is nothing for us to retain or delete on our side. All information created by the app lives on your device only. To erase it, uninstall the app, or use Android Settings → Apps → Fruit Catch: Hand Tracking → Storage → Clear data. In the browser version, clear this site's data in your browser settings.

Your rights

Data-protection laws such as the GDPR (EU/UK), the KVKK (Türkiye) and the CCPA (California) grant you rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection over your personal data, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Because Fruit Catch: Hand Tracking collects and holds no personal data about you, there is no data for us to access, correct, export or erase on request — all of it is already under your sole control on your own device. Security

Because no data is transmitted or stored remotely, there is no server-side store that could be breached. Information saved on your device is protected by Android's standard application sandbox, which prevents other applications from reading it.

If the app's functionality changes in a way that affects privacy, we will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected here before the corresponding app update is published on Google Play. We encourage you to review this page from time to time.
